Any "research" organization that names its study "Highway Boondoggles 5" has got to be totally unbiased and balanced.

I'm all for less carbon emissions, but OSPIRG certainly has a political agenda.

It bears repeating that anything which fosters car use is a death wish for the livability of the planet. Period.

The I-5 RQ project doesn't fix any real problem. It won't reduce congestion, and the much-touted safety issues are low-speed, fender-benders. Ironically, speeding up traffic results in higher rates of serious injuries and death. Because physics, you know...
