You've more than likely heard of Sneaker Week, but there's another sneaker-focused festival in town. Colorways fest (Thurs July 4-Sun July 7) seeks to go beyond Sneaker Week's industry focus on sneaker culture, with three days intended to celebrate "the vibrancy of streetwear culture and the sneaker community, with an objective to promote dialogue, entertain, and spark new ideas."

The fest provides lots of accessible opportunities to connect with fellow streetwear enthusiasts: There will be kickbacks at Deadstock Coffee; a skateboarding-focused open house hosted by Weiden + Kennedy; an interactive event exploring sneaker creation at Cam's Customs; a "Checks vs. Stripes" Tribute Night at Holocene; a Colorful day party at Century Bar, and much more.

Another highlight is the Closing Ceremony Block Party (Sunday July 7), curated by Chapters Alumni. The hop-hop block party goes down Sunday at the North Warehouse, with acts like XXL Freshman Lil Mosey and Lil Gotit paired with Portland-based rappers like Swiggle Mandela and Dior Worthy, Seattle's iLL Chris, and others. As any true block party should, Closing Ceremony will also have art on display (Aesthete Society), pop-up shops, food carts, a photo booth, and Cam's Customs Customization Station.

Check out the full schedule and ticket prices on Colorways' website.
