Girl Fest—the annual all-ages concert that showcases women and gender non-conforming artists from the Northwest region—just announced its lineup for 2020. On Sunday, January 12 at Holocene, Seattle electronic music producer Chong the Nomad will headline; there will also be experimental hip-hop from Tacoma artist Guayaba; indie rock four-piece Pool Boys; Portland synth-and-prog group Dan Dan, electro-pop outfit Basil Strawberry, and tunes from the Noche Libre DJ collective.

In addition to revealing yet another excellent and diverse lineup of artists, Girl Fest 2020 is set to include TWO DAYS of programming this year, with three new events for our collective enjoyment. On January 11, there will be a Songwriters Luncheon at White Eagle featuring Robin Bacior, Clara Baker and Tara Velarde, as well as a Comedy Happy Hour at the Hallowed Halls. And on January 12 (during the day), Girl Fest supporters can come enjoy a Benefit Brunch at the vegan- and meat-friendly Blackheart on Southeast Belmont, with DJ Kween Kay$h on the ones and twos, and proceeds benefiting Girl Fest.

Tickets for the main event are on sale now.
