Ms. Fiona Hill: The public impeachment hearings roll on, with Fiona Hill, the former White House advisor on Russia, in today's hot seat. Hill's testimony is ongoing, but so far she's called out Republicans for crafting a "fictional narrative" that Ukraine, and not Russia, meddled in the 2016 election.

The Receipts: TriMet recently increased the ranks of its fare enforcers—and the agency offered up the "common" rider complaints about fare evasion as a primary reason for the shift. But as OPB found, those "common" complaints actually pencil out to about 8 in 16 million.
