It doesn't surprise me. Red neck parts of Oregon birth these nutbags by the dozen. Still only about 10% of the population, but they are very sheltered, uneducated, overconfident, and have been taught to be fearful and aggressive.
Basically, they can barely use the right side of the brain. A direct result of a two-tier education system.
