Oregon has too many assholes like Tootie Frootie (an elected public servant) touting HUGE Thanksgiving and Holiday gatherings (because Fuck the Governor and the Libs) and Ashley Grames (oncology nurse at Salem Health who thinks not wearing a mask, not social distancing, traveling, and taking her kids on play dates is FUCKING HILARIOUS)! In a state with a population of only 4.2 million, most of it spread out widely, there are far too many cases and far too many deaths (especially in bastions of wilderness like eastern and southern parts of the state).

Oregon was originally projected to have less than 3,000 cases and less than 100 deaths. But because people refuse to do what needs to be done and insist on being assholes until their dying breaths, we're already in the tens of thousands of cases and nearing 1000 deaths. Just wait until the after Thanksgiving cases start. After that wait until the after Christmas cases start. And then New Year's Eve cases. By the time the end of January 2021 comes around we'll be looking at (most likely, using the # of cases since Halloween) close to if not over 100,000 cases and close to, if not over 2,000 deaths.

And people will complain until their dying breaths that the shutdowns have destroyed their lives when if they had done what needed to be done in order to put a full stop to the spread instead of doing whatever the fuck they wanted we would not be in this current state of shit show.
