EverOut is The Mercury's new website devoted to things to do in Portland and across the Pacific Northwest. It has all the same things you're used to seeing from Mercury EverOut, just in a new spot!
Rejoice: To-go cocktails are now legal with the purchase of a "substantial food item" in Portland! To help you adjust to your new takeout-booze reality, we've rounded up a list of new drinks available for pickup or delivery, from bottled Negronis at Montelupo Market to fun libations from Eem. For more ideas, check out our food and drink guide.

Botanist House
This craft cocktail destination, which previously planned to protest the state's liquor laws in November by selling to-go cocktails in an act of civil disobedience but canceled the protest after legislators called a special session to change the law, is offering to-go cocktails for pickup or delivery. Choices include the "Amber Desire" (a "bittersweet spritzer for the winter"), the "Trosen" (Carpano Bianco, Stoller Rose, Caperitif), "Fall Dynasty" (a "rich and bold" cocktail with Madeira as the main ingredient), and "Clover Refresher" (a "light and refreshing" cocktail with Carpano Bianco Vermouth).
