The sustainable sushi chain's limited-edition "Big Game Package" includes Wagyu beef sliders with Tillamook white cheddar on Hawaiian rolls, chili garlic wings, a trio of crispy rice (spicy tuna with truffle eel sauce and green onion; spicy salmon with orange zest, yuzu kosho, and shio; and spicy albacore with cilantro, jalapeño, and spicy aioli), assorted traditional sushi rolls (California, spicy tuna, and vegetarian), miso Caesar salad, and edamame. Pickup is available from the chain's Central Kitchen from 12:30-3:30 pm on Sunday, February 7.
