NEW OPENINGS AND RETURNS
This "island-style fusion" food cart serving Hawaiian plate lunches opened in Beaverton in late January. The menu changes daily but includes dishes like loco moco, teriyaki chicken, twice-cooked shrimp, and chicken katsu. All plates come with two scoops of rice and a choice of tuna mac salad or seasoned vegetables.
