Totally unsurprising that Mingus Mapps, Dan Ryan, and Ted "The Scummiest Mayor Alive" Wheeler would make such a terrible decision. At a time when Portland needs courageous, visionary leadership, we've instead got NIMBY trash and a neoliberal timber heir who couldn't effectively manage a bake sale, much less the City of Portland. For shame!
