Sigh, I remember when Pride was about getting laid, and a bit of fighting for political freedoms. I don't need people to know about my internal or external identities. We don't live in a classroom. The only time I care how someone refers to me is if they are trying to be offensive. Queer seems to cover all of the (many) labels ever applied to me just fine.

I really need a Pride T-shirt that says "I love to eat pussy" so that there's no confusion (with a heart shape replacing the word love).

That said, I try not to be offensive myself and accommodate many friends' and acquaintances' preferences. I don't know how much energy I have for strangers though...
