There is absolutely nothing surprising about areas with more "economic instability" having more complaints about home, yard and sidewalk upkeep. But you HAVE managed to twist this into a news article by claiming its a racist policy to require basic maintenance of homes. What is truly racist is the divisive misrepresentation the Mercury parades around as "news", which obscures analyzing and finding resolution for issues for economically unstable people.
