Dear Mr. Obletz,

If you ever thought for a second the city wasn't going to do anything that Paul Allen wanted when it came to this site you're kidding yourself. If Paul Allen wanted to tear down the MC to build a petting zoo full of mean spirited feral cats they would find a way to make it happen. Paul Allen has 10 billion reasons why the Jumptown proposal will win.
