Neville Shoemakers was the man who first released G-13 on the market to the public. It's still available today from a number of sources; some better than others, and crossed with other fine strains as well. Supposedly, Ole Miss now has some weed that tests higher than 37% THC, but the US Government stockpiles weapons grade synthetic shit that's thousands of times stronger. How it's intended to be used is anybody's guess, though.
