Once upon a time there was an urban legend that you could get high from smoking banana peel. Unless it's organic, bananas are sprayed with insecticide, and it's wise to always wash your hands after handling a banana. Perhaps, if anyone ever actually were to have gotten high from smoking banana peel, it was a result of inhaling the insecticide?

Hey Polio - I wish I could say that all card holders just have "chronic pain - wink wink". However, as a caregiver in OMMP for the past 8 years, not only are many people with OMMP patient cards truly sick, many are dying from their illnesses. Cancer, Parkinsons, MS and other degenerative diseases are all conditions that have killed, or will kill, about 3/4 of my patients with whom I have/continue to work. So while I agree there are some people who have a card without a true medical need, there are many more who do benefit from cannabis use for their illness. Thanks for reading!

The medical card is tough to obtain, but Cannabis is safe for home remedy, and recreational makes it accessible for general experimentation.
