It's not easy peeing green.

You know, if you'd just try shitting in complete darkness once, I guarantee you'd find it oddly thrilling.

I work in a "green workplace," too, but we can't afford to put in automatic lights. Everyone is very diligent about turning the lights off when they leave the bathroom. Sadly, they don't always check to see whether someone is still IN the bathroom before they leave and take the light away with them. At least you can wave your arms and get the lights back on. It's hard to do the necessary paperwork... you know what I mean... in the dark.
