This is utterly creepy!! This guy reads like the creep that murdered his neighbor in Gresham a couple of months ago. Waited for her outside her apartment. Raped and killed her. Nothing creepier and scarier than some sexually obsessed voyeur. This guy's email needs to be flagged for future reference. DANGER DANGER!!
