Ballsy

People are so fucking ridiculous. Wish l could've been there to see this one! I'm dying to know what the person actually said.

"Excuse me sir, but your dog's exceptionally large testicles are hurting my eyes. Will you please shield them from my visual field?"

Or maybe it was a religious thing:

"Mark of the beast! Get behind me balls of Satan!!"

Perhaps the person was just utterly and genuinely shocked:

"Holy shit! Thems some huge nuts! Cut that shit man!!"

What ever it was, this IA totally made my day.

An 11-month-old unneutered dog can totally knock up an unspayed dog. It sounds like you're planning to do that soon (at least I fucking hope so), but I don't blame someone else for being concerned. There are too many puppies in the world as it is.

Good thing I wear pants to the dog park.

Everyone is so damn sensitive and afraid. Pathetic. You go, IA writer.

While I think it's awesome you're waiting to fix him... taking an unfixed animal into an offleash area is kind of a dick thing to do. I thought that was common sense dog owner etiquette. I waited till my guy was 11 months old to fix him too - and we did go to parks and whatnot - but he'd only be offleash if there were only male dogs around.

Its not a dick move to bring an un-neutered dog anywhere, if they behave. Male dogs should not be neutered if they dont have behavioral problems. It turns them into soft flabby tubes. (See: Black Labs)

Fixing females has no such deletorious effect, if you bring a female in heat to the dog park you get what you deserve

Aside from the issue of overpopulation, there are specific health benefits to spaying her before they go into heat and fixing them in general. As for your assertion, JayJay Mack, that it makes them fat... that's just plain not true. If your dog gets fat or flabby for reasons other than age - well, that's on you. Regardless of whether they have balls or not, labs, beagles, retrievers, etc are all breeds that tend to get a lil flabby towards the end. (I grew up down the street from a professional golden breeder who also would occasionally breed a lab litter. She kept her breeding dogs their whole lives, and lemme tell you - the pups get old the same way regardless of whether they've got nuts or not).

I call BS; this is not the current suggestion of any reputable vet. Get your dog neutered.

Fuck your opinion about other people's dogs genitals! His dog, his decision. Mind your own fucking business. What if he plans on breeding? Does that mean the poor dog can't go to a fucking park? "Sorry buddy, I want you to be able to make babies, so I guess interacting with other dogs is out."

Please wait...
