'Vague' and 'aimless' seem fair enough characterizations to me. I thought it was an intentional tactic.

I think about 99% percent of the population agrees that the 0.00001% protesting seem to be pretty vague and aimless.

Look at that. Believe what you want as long as it's the same as me. Seems like some folks are confused about the difference between activism and fascism. Schoolyard name calling and fuck yous sound like threat tactics to me. You want the freedom to disagree and say what you feel but you want to deny Ann Romano her right to the same. Seems a little...I don't quite know the word for it...oh yeah! Censoring! Totalitarian! Lose-minded! Hypocritical! I could type myself into carpal tunnel syndrome but what's the use? You're right about everything and everyone else can just eat your shit, right?

While it is refreshing to see middle America, such as Flint, MI rise, even modestly, to protest against corporate greed in solidarity with those protesting on Wall Street, in comparison Occupy Portland really does come off like a steamy pile of tired leftist granola.

Eastside. I would think you right wingers would be joining in on this one considering you've been helping to foot the bill for all those corporate tax breaks. I thought you middle earth folk were all about paying less in taxes. I've got at least 5 or 6 unemployed friends and I'm an introvert. With unemployment being as bad as it is here (thanks to jobs being outsourced due to CORPORATE GREED) I can't imagine why Portland folks wouldn't stand up. Why does it always have to be right and left with people anymore? Why can't we all just be drowning in shit together?

Ms. Ramano's depth of knowledge (and character) was certainly exposed as she's tried to comment on the "Occupy Movement." Ann's so trite; even commenting on the attire of the protesters; she could make a cat laugh! She oughta stick to what she knows: Snarky tabloid style celebrity gossip! Social/ political commentary is indeed above her pay-grade!

While I am not a huge fan of trite gossip, as Ann surely knows, she is also part of the 99%, right? There was a whole column in this rag dedicated to the clothing of the 'Occupy' too, not written by Ann.
She is entitled to her opinion and calling bullshit as much as anyone else.
You poor, poor dears will just have to live without her complete 100% dedication to your 'cause'.

Such dismissive cynicism could be expected from someone who uses a NAZI WAR INSIGNIA as his avatar.

So, if one puts much stock in avatars, I guess to look at yours one would have to think you are ashamed of your race.

Please wait...
