Soooo, no one is going to hold the mayor and/or the police chief for declining independent monitors of re: police use of force? It was one big love fest abouy how amiable Adams and Reese were being when the report came out, now you don't follow up on how the city won't do what the feds suggest? That's way more important than some stupid automated system.
