Wow. You'd almost think the 'critic' never even once considered that a ballet (a dance form steeped in tradition and old-world culture) from 1890 that was choreographed/styled in 1950 wouldn't be woke nor adhere to 2017 cultural norms. Sorry you hated it and don't think it should ever be performed again, but almost every major dance company from Moscow to Tokyo and back again who performs this antique of a ballet disagrees with you.
