Take that, Golden State: Portland is the first NBA stadium to serve kombucha on tap.
Rip City’s kombucha is Portland-based Brew Dr. Kombucha’s Happiness blend, a fermented fizzy drink with a (fitting) flavor of organic rose and white tea. Since they are a "proud partner," from now until the end of the season, it’s available at all home games, for those wanting to boost their probiotics while they cheer. The limited-edition bottle is also at local stores, featuring that sweet, signature Blazers pinwheel.
While many kombucha flavors have a discernable sour tang that can put some off the drink (not me, but you know, whatever) Rip City Happiness has a far more delicate flavor, so a bottle goes down as smooth as a Blazers win.
