A world premiere presentation from the Light Opera of Portland, normally known for reviving and revitalizing opera classics, but for 2019 they're trying something new, staging an original opera based on the life of Portland State University Professor Ralph Bunch, who met his future wife at age 60 while visiting post-Cold War Russia.
