Prints for the People
An exhibition of works collected by the revolutionary Associated American Artists, whose efforts made many a print available and affordable to the country's middle class following the Great Depression. The pieces on display focused on the lives and social concerns of everyday people in the '30s and '40s, as created by artists including Joseph Hirsch, Grant Wood, Thomas Hart Benton, and John Steuart Curry.
