’Tis the weekend for hoops and fundraising. The fourth annual Rip City 3-on-3, hosted by Trail Blazers at the Rose Quarter on Saturday and Sunday, is a benefit for Special Olympics Oregon. If you think you can ball, register for the popular and competitive tourney, but it’s fun to check out regardless (stay for the slam dunk contest).
