What’s on it: Buffalo chicken, spinach, red onion, and blue cheese crumbles
What they say: "Our dough, sauce, and cheese provide the perfect vehicle for any New York-style slice. This one starts with a spinach and red onion base and is covered with shredded white meat chicken marinated in spicy buffalo sauce. Just before it's finished baking, we sprinkle on a healthy amount of blue cheese crumbles, just to class it up. Try it with cauliflower if you're not into eating meat."

Things to know: We will have a vegetarian version made with cauliflower instead of chicken.
