The city’s largest parade east of the Willamette returns, giving Portlanders a chance to celebrate some of the city’s most diverse neighborhoods. Give Southeast 82nd some love by watching the parade and then head over to Glenhaven Park to celebrate Cambodian, Lao, Thai and Burmese New Years with an all-day festival.
