University of Oregon psychology professor Paul Slovic presents a lecture titled <I>The More Who Die the Less We Care: Confronting Genocide and the Deadly Arithmetic of Compassion</i>, focused specifically on the notion of "good people" in a society who nevertheless affect indifference in the face of their government engaging in acts of genocide and murder.
