Who would have guessed that one of the longest-serving and most consistent dream pop bands of our modern era would hail from Hershey, Pennsylvania? That self-proclaimed “Sweetest Place on Earth” was the birthplace of The Ocean Blue, a quartet that has, since the late ’80s, served up jangly, breathy tunes that cut to our lovelorn, angst-ridden cores with sweetness and light.
