Fermentation Fest Dinner
La Ruta PDX presents this evening with David Zilber, in conjunction with the 10th Annual Fermentation Fest, where the guest speaker continues spreading the good word of letting stuff get old and taste better, as well as contributing to a good spread at Plaza Del Toro, with chefs Michael Kessler and Perry Austin serving up a menu based on ferments from Zilber's latest cookbook The Noma Guide to Fermentation. Price includes cocktails, beverage pairings, and a copy of the cookbook.
