In my dream Coachella-style music festival, Amy Rigby would be the big headliner. She’s certainly got the talent and the tunes to command an audience of thousands. Just give a spin to her spotless 1996 debut album Diary of a Mod Housewife or her equally perfect 2018 release The Old Guys, records that are brimming with chiming power-pop tunes and Rigby’s arch yet sensitive worldview.
