This article is a pretty clear representation of the sexism tax at work. Maybe if women were to wear makeup (but not too much), show some skin (but not too much) and have great hair, we'd be able to close the income inequality. Maybe if we just smiled more, we'd have better luck getting equal pay instead of just another penis in our vagina.
