Top Chef star Gregory Gourdet is preparing to open his highly anticipated wood-fired Haitian restaurant Kann next Thursday, August 4. A downstairs pan-Caribbean bar called Sousòl (Haitian Creole for "basement")is set to follow it two weeks later.
