There's actually a very good reason why Rudy is in the kitchen, dining room and bar. I happen to know not one, but 3 waiter/bartenders (plus a cook) that he consistently stiffed (for months on end) before they finally walked out. He has no appreciation for the time and commitment that they gave to get his restaurant started. R Palate deserves to go under. Rudy's karma is up! If you care about sustaining retaurants that pay their staff, don't patronize this loser!
