I always tease Manny and say, "Gosh Manny what is it about your burritos that always has people coming back for more?" Next to my mothers Yucatan cuisine, Manny's cooking is the best!

The tamales really are the best I've had in Portland. They are delicate, moist and are topped with an amazing tomato sauce. And you must try the Relleno Negro. You'd never guess the sauce is made with charred chilis.
