The entire PPB should be fired. If Portland ever wants to rid itself of all of the problems (and millions of dollars in payouts for malfeasance), it needs to get rid of every last cop. Abolish the police. Come up with something else. FFS it is never going to end. The PPB is a white supremacist terrorist group and in needs to be taken down.
