Former Port of Portland director Bill Wyatt may have helped screw up the (still screwed up) Columbia River I-5 Bridge replacement project because he was distracted by a new and prettier PDX terminal. ODOT & Wsdot directors have no intention of building a new bridge based on the current designs that wouldn't last 30 years before it would need to be replaced, again. Lynn Peterson is complicit in the coverup of rank incompetence.
