So you're saying you'd rather have Trump or one of the Koch brothers as president instead of Clinton? Maybe Caitlyn Jenner or Johnny Manziel?
3
More than a million New Yorkers said "Yes Clinton!" yesterday. Hillary will be our next president. Keep grumbling, but that's the fact Jack!
4
Todd, true but Hillary is tossing white males under 40 out with the trash who might vote Democrat otherwise. Add them to the Trump supporters. Add them to the wack-a-dos that support Cruz. She'll have less political capital than Obama did from day one.
5
That's an overheated but half-baked bronouncement, xeno.
6
I see you have your talking points handy, groupie. But, I'm being serious. If those disenfranchised voters just don't vote, your worst nightmare is a possibility.

Todd,

Based on previous conversations we've had on the subject, back when there were up/down votes, I know you'll breathe a sigh of relief when Hillary gets the nomination based on your SCOTUS concerns. You can't possibly be truly excited about a Hillary presidency can you?

There are good reasons why her approval rating is nearly as low as Trump's. I'll take her over Trump or Cruz in a heartbeat, but I still loathe the idea of seeing her in office for 4-8 years.

She'll be fine, Trayvon. She knows the job. She knows world leaders. Since our choice is between her and the shouting socialist, who could very well lose in November, she's my choice. I think the loathers like you should take a few breaths and remember that, like Hillary or loathe her, we're looking at 12 years of uninterrupted Democratic presidencies...maybe 16...or more? That's YUUUUUGE.

Todd, I'm usually an asshole but how is Hillary going to help the homeless situation in Portland? How is Hillary going to normalize the immigrants, legal or not? How is Hillary going to help build local leadership? How is Hillary going to stop big pharma? Big oil? How is Hillary going to give "access" to underprivileged people held down by corporate interests? I see none of that on her platform, but congratulations anyways.

I think Trump is just what the Republican Party needs. Sure he has a blowhard sarcastic and insulting persona and perhaps not the best knowledge of smaller or third world trouble spots. He's knows world trade! He will do something about the trade imbalance and that should create more jobs and I know business will make more money boo hoo, but hiring will be up. I love what he's done to rattle the stagnant GOP modus operandi and the Republican Rags thing they're going to steal the nomination from him in the smoke filled sessions at the convention. There hasn't been a good rep convention fight since Reagan lost the nom to Ford in 1976. It will never get that far. Trump will have enough committed 1st ballot delegates by that time.

Todd is absolutely right though. Hillary has a machine that won't stall or sputter before November. I think it's about time our country entered even the 20th century and elected a woman. Why? So we can shed another overt prejudice we've been hauling around for 2 plus centuries.

Not trying to sound like a Todd groupie (although there could be worse posters to group around), but she does know the job. Secretary of State (Libya - yeah) but
I understand there were a lot of viable factions swinging at each other in Libya after Khadafi's demise. The term I like is "kid gloves". Trump's style appears to be the hatchet approach. Will he get us in a war?

I think I'll pull the Hillary lever in November even if it's just to see Bill hosting Congressional Wives brunches in the Rose Garden. Boy that'll upset the agenda in Congress...all the husbands will be dialing their wives every 10 minutes to find out what kind of action is going on. BILL's BACK!!

Todd,

Frankly, I could do without the condescension of your recommended breathing exercises, but I'll refrain from returning serve on that front. A calm and non-partisan mind can certainly understand that 4-8 more years of having a Democrat as president will certainly slow the train from going off the rails. However, just because the nominee has a (D) next to their name, doesn't mean they're an ideal candidate. In some cases, such as Hillary, that (D) could easily be shorthand for D-Bag.

Is she qualified? In most respects, yes. But there's no denying that trust and integrity are sorely lacking on her part. If you trust Hillary implicitly, and feel her integrity is beyond reproach, then you're just drinking the Hillary Kool Aid. She's completely out of touch with the poor and middle class (her base BTW) and to describe her as robotic would be kind.

Again, I'll take her over that clown Trump any day, but anyone who's truly excited about a Hillary presidency is clearly exhibiting the kind of thoughtless partisanship that has dragged our political process and "leaders" down into the infected and oozing pustule our democracy has become. I can't wait to see her plan for reigning in Wallstreet, which should be priority #1 for any liberal Democrat (or screaming socialist for that matter).

O'bama say he be a pardon'n Hilarity for every crime she's ever committed, up til now, but her chronic cough will do her in and her running mate Joe Biden will become the Prez. She will be the first dead female president, and in time for her face to adorn the new twenty dollar bill.
14
Hey , and Todd, she doesn't just know world leaders, she has stabbed them in the back and laughed to her buddies about it.
15
hilliary , has the qualifications to be president. Since when have we trusted any of them. I just don't feel she is that concerned about anything, but her own family and friend's interest. If she wins, women will be thrilled. That will be a great day for the first Woman President.

Yo xenophobe,

Don't forget, your wagon is hitched that racist/misogynist whack-job Ida/Dread. Care to sing his/her praises now?
17
Ever heard of a "horseless carriage" Trayvon. I bet you had to walk to school with bags on your feet. No offense to the poor, poor hillbillies out there.
19
Already the Ted Cruz, Texas shit kicking values, is calling for a contested Gop convention. He reminds me of a President we once had. His name was Dick Nixon.

I am just glad he isn't beating Trump. He attacks Donald, then blames Donald.

Hilliary is a political machine, but has worked hard with health care and trying to have empathy for the poor. Loves her rich friends, but I admire her stamina and fighting spirit.

Bernie is very cool. I just won't rule him out, I hope others will vote in his direction. I am just all over the map, but encouraged the voters are as interesting as the candidates.
