This ranter is describing some dirtbags that cause commotion, fear (especially in older and infirm folks) and "shitty messes for the janitorial staff to clean up. I know you say "boo who at least they've got a job.....try being unemployed for generations. You obviously don't like NIMBYs. This rant was not written by a nimby, but a person tickled to death the police arrested some vermin that were probably hanging out dealing meth, and worse. What irritated you most was they praised the cops, your particular enemies and I've got a hunch, for good reason.

One time I had to pull human feces out if a dogs mouth. That was the last time I had sympathy for those who choose to leave human waste around Portland. This was two blocks from one of those super expensive Portland Loos.
