You're fucking kidding me. You can't keep your dog inside and you blame someone for the "responsibility of driving a car" after he or she hits said dog? (I have a dog, and a car, and it wasn't me...) It is truly terrible that your dog got hit, but look in the mirror and put the responsibility where it belongs and stop blaming others for your loss.

Keep you're fucking dog contained if you don't want it ran over.
