Chemtrails.

It's normal. I read a news article about it over a decade ago in which a CDC source stated that they don't know what it is ( fungal, bacterial, viral, allergic, ?) but referred to it as the "Oregon crud". That's reassurring, right? The frinkin' CDC calls it the "crud". A co-worker's Dr. told him the same when he finally went in after weeks of coughing. Except she called it the "Portland crud".

I've spent over 20 cummulative years in Portland and it comes around like clockwork in late winter, early spring. Lingers. Ranges from chronic throat clearing to hacking up a lung. Some of it is no doubt pertussis or other infections, but apparently most is this other seasonal affliction.
