PLEASE advise these women to confront him as a group. If he doesn't stop this nonsense immediately and permanently, they have to go to HR. It's their duty to the -next- group of women he creeps on.

Or lawyer up, bring a civil suit, take the money, sign a non-disclosure and let the next group of women deal with it.

@someguy287 does have a point there. Don't just assume that this guy is going to end up on this website, check out this specific rant, and then out of all the assholes in all of the companies around here, assume that this rant is aimed at him. If you want this guy to stop then you have to make him stop directly by confronting him or indirectly by getting the women to confront him as a group.

If not just the workplace sexual harassment you could at least get the guy ousted due to improper use of company resources if he's sending weird texts in the work internal messenger. Save those messages and show them to HR.
