Apparently you are new to the planet? This has been a problem with college students since people starting going to college. I feel your pain, but posting in I, Anonymous isn't going to stop this. Universities need to hold students responsible and they don't. Period.

If you look up "campus move out waste" you will see it is a huge problem at every university and many universities don't even allow staff to take things that are left over (they consider it a theft of some kind). At the very least all of the stuff could be donated to the poor, shelters, the homeless, organizations that need in-kind donations, or goodwill and thrift stores.
