The same thing happened in '93 near that area. The Gorge wasn't devastated. There's plenty of trees. It will look a little different, but that's life. The trails will now have more views of the river. From I-84 you will hardly notice where the fires were.
Those kids are stupid, but all this "outrage" is stupid as well.
