How fucking insane is this? A seat is a seat. You're telling people not to sit on a seat???

This "problem" is as simple as putting on your big boy pants, opening your mouth and saying "hey, can I sit there?" and taking the open seat once they move for you. I suspect your real issue is you want the outside seat and you're butthurt they don't scoot over to you. Even children know the first come first serve rule.
