hahaha. I always love the super well supported hot take that the Portland Art scene is somehow dying because a few galleries that were very popular closed as several others opened and MANY major arts orgs have expanded over the last few years.

Portland has been gentrifying for many years (decades, really). It was only until white, middle-class dumb fucks couldn't afford to live close in that people starting making a stink about Portland's changing landscape.
