Some of the friendliest people I have encountered in my life have been homeless. Despite living outside and being all the more vulnerable to the shitty things on this world, I have experienced a much greater openness with the homeless than the wider majority. Are people so isolated in their homes that they become apathetic in connecting with each other, and some of the most marginalized have the greatest humanity? Why can't we enjoy our lives together and show interest in one another? Everyone is amazing.
