Once a winter weather advisory has been declared, 2 things will, without a doubt, happen. This goes for heavy rain, freezing rain, snow, high winds, scorching heat, and might as well throw in "it gets dark before 5 pm," just because. The good citizens of Portland will cancel work, school, meetings, church, etc. Libraries, stores, bars, restaurants, etc. will close due to the winter weather advisory. 2 times I've been cancelled on. One was a few days ago, and one today for the upcoming snow prediction on Friday. Good Golly! I'll just say, me, myself has never had to cancel getting to work, or any other obligation. The vote is in for me, it's just another easy way out and excuse for such difficult times life throws at us.

What will also happen is Portland citizens can't be stopped. Once we have a day off, we will get in our tiny cars without chains or snow tires, and drive on ice. I seen it. 2 inches packed solid ice all over the city streets, and 100s of cars trying to go shopping. So. Fucking. Dimwitted.

Come on! Stop acting like a helpless child and buck the fuck up!
Stop fucking expecting to be tipped too!
What a candy ass-twinkie-little cupcake city we live in!
