My friend and I were meeting at the Smart Park and then going to lunch. We parked next to each other and were greeting each other when we spied you on your bike. We're still not sure if you’re police or some private "security", but after a minute or two of loitering (maybe you thought we were trying to break into cars?), you headed down the ramp. It was cold out, so my friend and I got in the back of my car to continue talking before we went to lunch. About two minutes went by and suddenly you were back, tapping on the window. You were so polite and helpful, just wanting us to know that there are "sexual misconduct" rules for this parking structure. Uh, ok? You apologetically explained how strict the rules were and you just wanted to let us know so we wouldn't get in trouble. We thanked you and off you went.

We both thought the it was odd but you seemed nice and we were talking about how funny it was when wtf? There you were, creeping around the front her car (where you had no business being). Oh, sorry you forgot to mention before (you explained) that we're not supposed to "loiter" after we park our cars - this lot is for people to park their cars and the leave. (Unlike you, apparently.) After your "friendly" warning you left again but who knows when you’d pop up again. We had planned to go to lunch at one of the local restaurants but we were so creeped out that we decided to leave the downtown area, and we won’t be back. Thanks to Smart Park and their creepy “patrols”, we’ll be taking our appetites, our shopping, and our money anywhere but downtown.
