Anybody who knows me or even just sees me can tell I'm not in the peak of physical fitness. My diet consists of meat, dairy, gluten, sugar, salt, etc. Don't get too much activity except for walking from Tri-Met stops to destination. Some people carefully measure every food and liquid substance they ingest. Or work out strenuously ever day. But how's your cultural diet? What do you put into your brain? Are you as careful about that? Or do you see just what's on Netflix, HBO or Spotify? I'm much more concerned about my mental diet. I can't accept what the mega-corporate pop culture serves up.
